We want you to be completely happy with your Bella Rosea purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Refund/Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • We check orders with a QC report before dispatching them.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
